Ashadeep conducts Chess Training Class for the Visually Impaired at Kurve’s New Model High School in collaboration with The Chess Association of Nagpur.

The inaugural function of the training was held on 8th October 2026.

Dr. Swati Dharmadhikari, President of Rotary Club of Nagpur Green City, sponsorer Dr. Seema Ghike, Dr. Pratima Shastri, President of Ashadeep, Secretary Aparna Kulkarni, Mrs. Uge, Principal of Kurveys New Model High School, and Mr. Amit Tembhurne, trainer from the Chess Association of Nagpur were present for the programme.

The trainer Mr. Amit Tembhurne expressed his satisfaction that, thanks to Ashadeep, he has been getting the opportunity to regularly teach chess to the visually impaired, and now he has got a wonderful opportunity to teach more players in the spacious premises of Kurveys.
